HR Specialist

Are you our next HR Specialist? We are excited to get to know you.

You will be a part of our HR team in Finland and work both with local HR matters and group HR topics in this exciting role. You will get to use your sharp focus, structured approach and analytical skills in this role that provides you with a broad overview into HR with routine administration, development and project work.

Your Will Be Working With

• Overall administration of HR data and time & attendance tools for all phases of the employment and supporting managers and employees in various HR matters
• Payroll coordination with an external service provider and contact towards other external parties related to invoicing, reporting and administration
• Supporting in recruitments and contractual matters, especially related to seasonal workers, and contribution to employer branding activities
• Creating and updating HR instructions and communications internally, both in Finnish and English
• Support production site management in administrative matters
• Development of and contribution to group HR processes, tools, data quality, policies, reporting and projects
  
  

To Be Successful In This Role, You Have

• A good eye for detail, enjoy working with routines, administration and planning in various systems
• A structured and focused approach but also keen to see the bigger picture
• Experience in HR or finance administration, reporting, analysis or similar tasks
• Strong skills in MS Office and fluency in relevant digital HR tools (for example HRIT, recruitment and time & attendance systems)
• Fluent Finnish and English skills, both speaking and writing
• Experience of working with collective agreements, local agreements, employment law or payroll is an advantage

This role is located at our headquarter in Helsinki and you will belong to our country HR team reporting to the HR Director, Finland. You will also work with our group HR colleagues with tasks supporting our HR community, our digital tools and various projects. We have a great team spirit, enjoy having fun at work and work ambitiously with our HR agenda.
