Freelance IT Support and Network Engineer

We are looking for Onsite IT & Network Support Engineers/Technicians to support casual, freelancing-type tasks in your area.

This is a contract-based opportunity, where you will be paid on an hourly, daily, or half-day basis depending on the assignment. Tickets will be dispatched according to your location, and you can support them based on your availability (weekdays or weekends).

• Desktop and end-user IT support.
• Server/rack hardware installation & replacement (e.g., HDD, RAM, etc.).
• Onsite hands & eyes support (console access for Routers, Switches, Firewalls) in coordination with remote teams.

• Strong expertise in Desktop/System Administration, Customer Support, and Incident/Change/Release management.
• Experience supporting various third-party applications on Windows platforms.
• Knowledge of Windows Server Administration and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices.
• Good understanding of DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, subnetting, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and Ethernet configurations.
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills with multiple operating systems, including Windows, iOS, Android, and Blackberry devices.
