The cutting-edge AI startup that's transforming HR with a new kind of human resources SaaS platform. We're seeking a motivated Backend Developer to develop the engine that powers the solutions and contribute to the company's growth.

You'll be a key part of the team, responsible for developing and maintaining the backend of the innovative platform.

What You'll Do:

• Design, build, and maintain the core backend services and APIs that power our application.
• Work with our data-driven approach to ensure our platform is ethical, effective, and scalable.
• Collaborate with the team to solve complex problems and build a world-class product.
• Take ownership of your work, from initial design to deployment.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack web development
• Strong communication skills in English (German is desirable)
• Backend development with Python (FastAPI preferred) or similar frameworks
• Relational databases such as PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization, queries)
• REST API design and implementation
• Version control with Git
• (Nice to have) Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• (Nice to have) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
