We’re looking for a German-speaking Product Manager to take ownership of key product lines in the government and education sectors.

Your Mission

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of digital products used by public institutions and educational organizations.
• Define product requirements in collaboration with clients, project managers, and developers—always with the end user in mind.
• Ensure clear acceptance criteria, timelines, and delivery standards are met.
• Coordinate cross-functionally across technical, business, and operational teams.
• Advocate for product thinking and bring best practices to how we design and deliver our solutions.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Viewing complex B2B and public-sector projects as interconnected product journeys.
• Managing multiple lifecycles across distinct products, all while ensuring quality, scalability, and usability.
• Driving consistency in delivery and communication between product management and project teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent German (written & spoken) is essential.
• Strong communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven experience in IT planning, requirement gathering, and translating user needs into actionable product features.
• Experience in user-centric product design, preferably within regulated or public domains.
• Comfortable with agile frameworks—Scrum, Kanban, or similar. (Certifications like PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.)
