Job Opportunity: ServiceNow Engineer

My Client are looking for a IT ServiceNow Analyst to join Their team and play a key role in driving platform enhancements, optimizing ITSM processes, and delivering exceptional digital workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
• Analyze and document detailed requirements for ServiceNow modules including ITOM, ITBM, HR, or CSM.
• Support ongoing development, configuration, and deployment within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of ServiceNow features and enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure alignment of ServiceNow solutions with ITIL best practices and organizational goals.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Business Analyst supporting the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Expertise: Strong knowledge of platform capabilities and hands-on experience with key modules (e.g., ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM).
• ITSM Proficiency: Deep understanding of core ITSM processes – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Configuration Management.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in requirements gathering and data analysis; JavaScript and AngularJS knowledge is a plus.
• Methodologies: Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks; familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is a bonus.
• Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certification: ServiceNow CSA certification required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• ITIL Knowledge: Solid grasp of ITIL concepts (V3 or V4), especially modules such as High Velocity IT or Service Operation.
