You’ll join their European security function, working in a hybrid model from Dublin, and play a pivotal role in advancing cloud security and compliance maturity across large-scale AWS and GCP environments.

About Your New Job

As Security Compliance Analyst, you’ll:

• Oversee and support first-line teams on cloud security initiatives.
• Review and assess control configurations deployed in cloud environments.
• Shape strategy on cloud security maturity and remediation work.
• Conduct deep-dives into AWS and GCP environments to identify risks and improvements.
• Translate regulatory requirements (e.g. NIS 2, RED) into actionable compliance positions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional security engineers and business stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and assess security controls and frameworks.
• Drive best practices, documentation, and tools across Cloud Security and GRC programs.
• Combine data from multiple sources to identify insights and trends.

What Skills You Need

• 5–7+ years’ experience in Information Security.
• Strong background in Cloud Security, Risk Management, and Compliance.
• Hands-on security expertise with at least one major CSP (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Proven experience in GRC functions overseeing cloud implementations at scale.
• Experience designing and implementing control frameworks.
• Ability to assess and remediate security deficiencies in complex corporate environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
