What are you going to do? As Java Developer, you will work on an application that imports large volumes of data when new customers start using Ons.
The Integration Tribe strives for fully integrated healthcare. To achieve this, we make data available and editable for other applications within the IT landscape of care organizations. Better availability of data means better support for healthcare professionals.
In close collaboration with a group of technically experienced stakeholders, you will make the application faster, more stable, and capable of processing more types of data.

As Java Developer, you will join a tribe with two development teams, 12 developers, several UX specialists, and partner managers.
We work in a hybrid setup: we aim to be on-site together on Mondays, and beyond that, you are trusted to find the right balance between working from home and at the office.

- Scalability: Healthcare organizations are growing, and more and more types of data need to be integrated. You ensure the application remains stable and performant under increasing load;
- Communication: You maintain close contact with a small but engaged group of external stakeholders;
- Quality: You improve CI/CD pipelines and implement monitoring, enabling continuous and reliable rollouts of changes to a complex product.

- Java: Experienced Java developer (5+ years);
- Experience: Experience with Kotlin, Spring, Nomad, RabbitMQ, and DataDog;
- Preferred: Experience with Vue & Playwright is a plus;
- Collaboration: You involve colleagues and stakeholders in your considerations and prioritization;
- Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
