Overview

A fast-growing European AI company is looking for a Senior ML Engineer to lead the development of m AI models for high-performance inference. You’ll work on state-of-the-art systems combining vision, text, and audio, helping deploy generative models across edge and server platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise AI models for efficient, scalable inference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.
• Apply techniques such as quantisation, pruning, and distillation to improve performance.
• Contribute to deployment, testing, and continuous model improvement.
  
  

Requirements

• Strong experience building and deploying ML models using PyTorch or TensorFlow; JAX is a plus.
• Solid background in NLP, computer vision and/or speech processing.
• Knowledge of model optimisation and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with distributed or edge AI environments.
• Passion for innovation and ability to work in a fast-paced team.
  
  

Desirable

• PhD or advanced degree in ML or related field.
• Experience with edge deployment or inference frameworks like ONNX or TensorRT.
• Interest in generative models such as transformers or diffusion models.
