Job description:

We are looking for a Project Manager for the team responsible for communications regarding the transition to the new pension system.

This is what you will do:

As Project Manager, you'll be the key player in coordinating and optimizing projects within our communications and content team. You'll coordinate the work of a team of communications professionals responsible for clear communication to ensure participants are well-informed about the transition to the new pension regulations.

You'll work closely with communications consultants, content specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly. You'll ensure clarity, structure, and continuity in implementation.

Your main responsibilities: Developing and managing (capacity) schedules. Prioritizing the backlog and ensuring deadlines. Monitoring and reporting on project progress. Preparing quarterly reports and progress analyses. Facilitating Agile rituals such as sprint planning, daily kick-offs, and retrospectives. Encouraging knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team. Supporting process optimization and improvement initiatives.

What you bring to the table: You have a relevant higher professional education (HBO) degree and at least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in communications or marketing. You have experience with Agile working and know how to guide teams in this area. You are a natural planner and coordinator with a keen eye for detail. You are proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in making decisions. You are a connecting and organizationally sensitive individual: you understand the dynamics between internal and external stakeholders.
