🥷 What You Will Do

• Design, build, and optimize AI-driven components of our platform.
• Work with state-of-the-art LLMs and fine-tune models for production use.
• Develop pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment of models.
• Collaborate with backend and DevOps teams to integrate AI into scalable systems.
• Research, prototype, and experiment with the latest AI/ML techniques.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through documentation and technical articles.
• Stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem.

⭐️ About You

We use Go and Python in the backend, and Python is central to our AI work. We value problem-solvers with curiosity and drive, even if you don’t check every single box.

• Strong experience with Python and ML/AI frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, or generative AI.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Knowledge of data processing pipelines and MLOps practices.
• Hacker mentality: you thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly, and love turning ideas into working systems.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, statistics, and applied machine learning.
• Team player: you share knowledge, give and receive feedback, and enjoy collaborating across disciplines.
