Embedded Software Engineer – Autosar IntegratorAutomotive (Hybrid, Sibiu)

We are seeking a passionate Embedded Software Engineer to join our team in Sibiu (hybrid model).

In this role, you will work on next-generation automotive integration platforms, with a strong focus on AUTOSAR development and complex system integration.

What you will do:

• Develop and integrate AUTOSAR (Classic/Adaptive) software components using industry-standard toolchains.

• Work with Vector Microsar and Elektrobit ACP packages in real automotive projects.

• Design and debug software across hardware/software boundaries.

• Collaborate on low-level drivers, middleware, RTOS/non-RTOS, and user-space components.

• Apply strong debugging skills to solve complex integration challenges.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automation through Python scripting.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in embedded software development & integration (automotive preferred).

• Solid knowledge of AUTOSAR, RTOS (FreeRTOS, AUTOSAR OS), and ARM Cortex-M/A architectures.

• Strong C/C++ and Python programming skills.

• Experience with Git, CMake/Make, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in an international team.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Vector or Elektrobit toolchains.

• Previous involvement in safety-critical automotive projects.
