Daily Activities

Architect and Prepare Environment: Define architecture and set up AWS infrastructure focused on R&D needs, with simplified fault analysis and countermeasure features.
Develop and Integrate AI System: Build a minimal, functional chat interface accessible via browser, and embed generative AI for troubleshooting automation.
Pipeline and Data Management: Develop data acquisition and processing pipelines, integrate internal data into vector databases, and implement LLM calls with prompt engineering.
Evaluation and Tuning: Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments, incorporating user feedback to improve system accuracy and performance.

Requirements

Fluent English is essential: Due to international operations, the ability to speak and write in English is necessary.
Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence: The candidate must have experience in building and integrating systems with generative AI, particularly focused on automating troubleshooting processes.
Knowledge in System Architecture: Ability to design a system architecture that integrates generative AI with internal and external data systems, as outlined in the project (e.g., AWS, DynamoDB, S3).
Application Development with Chatbots: Proven experience with chatbots and conversational interfaces for automatic data input and extraction.
Proficiency with AWS and Related Tools: Expertise in AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, Opensearch, and embedding models for vectorized search functionalities.
