About the Role

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join a major international organisation in Eskilstuna. You will support forecasting, market analysis, and business planning, helping the company strengthen its data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and visualize data to support business decision-making.
• Monitor industry trends and macroeconomic developments affecting markets.
• Enhance forecasting processes for both short- and long-term planning.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI with focus on usability and business value.
• Participate in development projects to improve data visualization and strengthen data-driven ways of working.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure access to accurate and relevant data.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in market analysis and forecasting.
• Skills in Power BI and data analysis.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
