Location: hybrid from Gdańsk / Gdynia (1-2 days per week in the office)

Project

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our international team. You will be part of an agile team, contributing to the development of clean and reliable solutions while learning and collaborating with the business to support regulatory needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working as a contributing member of one of our agile teams
• Developing and maintaining robust, well-structured, and tested solutions using modern tools and technologies
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to help shape solutions that meet regulatory requirements
• Taking part in our technology initiatives – such as dev days, knowledge sharing, and innovation activities
  
  

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Java development (commercial)
• Knowledge of the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, or similar)
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Docker; exposure to Kubernetes is an advantage
• Understanding of core engineering practices such as unit testing, clean code principles, microservices basics, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, for daily collaboration and documentation
