👉 We're hiring both mid-level and senior backend engineers, if you’re experienced in Go and passionate about building scalable systems, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of commercial experience in backend development
• Proven experience with Go (Golang)
• Practical experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance microservices
• Strong knowledge of REST and/or gRPC API design and implementation
• Solid understanding of SQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL technologies (e.g. MongoDB, Redis)
• Hands-on experience with Docker and version control tools like Git
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Good command of English (you'll be working in an international team)
• A degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical field

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with the team to design and build scalable, high-performance ad-tech solutions
• Apply and promote clean coding practices, including writing and maintaining tests (unit, integration, functional) and taking part in code reviews
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and backend reliability challenges
• Share your knowledge and support less experienced teammates to foster growth and collaboration
• Maintain clear, up-to-date technical documentation (code, architecture, APIs)
• Take ownership across the full development lifecycle — from requirements to testing, delivery, and ongoing improvements
