Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with over 10 years of experience driving cross-functional alignment and delivering innovative solutions in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Financial Products, coupled with exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy and execution across multiple teams and functions to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Translate complex requirements into robust, scalable product solutions.
• Manage and prioritize a dynamic product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Apply Agile methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Analyze data and user feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and updates effectively to all levels of stakeholders.
• Drive innovation and identify opportunities for product and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services or AI-driven products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and product backlogs.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Copilot for productivity.
• Working knowledge of GitLab and SQL for collaboration and data analysis.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI technologies and financial product development.
• Relevant certifications in Agile, Product Management, or AI.
