About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and certified Scrum Master to join our dynamic team supporting technology delivery in the investment banking domain. You will lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver mission-critical trading, risk management, and compliance solutions in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and guide Agile teams in applying Scrum principles effectively.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine and prioritize the backlog.
• Remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery of features and solutions.
• Drive Agile metrics reporting (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time) for transparency.
• Oversee delivery of trading platforms, risk systems, and compliance solutions.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams to ensure scalability and quality.
• Support Agile transformation and maturity within investment banking technology.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal audit standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years as a Scrum Master in enterprise software.
• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Hands-on experience in investment banking / capital markets (trading, risk engines, regulatory reporting).
• Familiarity with financial compliance standards (MiFID II, Basel III, Dodd-Frank).
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) in financial services.
• Background in software engineering or technical project management.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of risk management, data governance, and financial analytics.
