Frontend Developer

TST Group is an international recruiting agency that has been providing technical resources in the UK/European region . This role is with one of our clients in Norway who is actively hiring candidates to expand their teams.

Your role

In the role of Technology Lead, must have good experience with agile autonomous cross functional DevOps teams. Must be able to be tech lead for frontend field. The person will be going to be in new teams with no other frontend resources. Hence after onboarding with support from platform team, they must be able to take responsibility for the field of frontend in their team and guide the other team members. Must be experienced with cloud (prefer Azure).

He should also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. He will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued. We are looking for someone who is passionate about excellent technical solutions while also focusing on the end user's journey and experience in web solutions. He will be entrusted with a high degree of autonomy and must be able to work independently, all while being open to collaborating with others and sharing your experiences. Analytical skills are essential, along with strong oral and written communication skills.

Required

• Frontend: VueJS, ReactJS
• Integration: Elasticsearch/Document Store, Redis/Memory Store, OAuth, REST API
• Logging / monitoring tools to ensure SLA
• Understanding of Scrum
• Strong Communication skill in both verbal and written (English) & Norwegian would be an added advantage

Preferred

• Overall 5+ years of IT experience
• Experienced in working in DevOps/Scrum
• Self motivated person with strong analytical and articulation skills
• Good understanding or Familiar with:
• Design System: Components Driven Design & Development, Design Tokens, Figma, Storybook
• Operations & Platform: Nginx, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipeline, Snyk, SonarQube, Prometheus, Grafana
• Tools: Git, Jira, Confluence
