UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)

We are seeking a UX Designer - Product with strong skills in UI/UX design and presentation development to support the client's product engagements, client presentations, and market-facing initiatives. This role will focus on ensuring that the client's products are not only robust and compliant but also communicated effectively through user-friendly designs, engaging materials, and compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

As a UX Designer, you will work closely with the product, business, and client engagement teams to craft impactful visual and marketing deliverables that support both internal and external stakeholders.

Functional

• Collaborate with product managers and business teams to design UI/UX concepts, mockups, and prototypes that enhance user journeys.
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral, product decks, and visual assets to support engagements with clients, regulators, and partners.
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, visual, and easy-to-understand content.
• Ensure brand consistency across all presentations, reports, and product-related communication.
• Support client workshops, demos, and proposal preparations by providing visually compelling materials.
• Collaborate with external vendors/agencies when required to develop design and marketing assets.
• Provide input on product positioning and value articulation to ensure strong market messaging.
• Assist in shaping the visual identity of Takamul’s products, aligning with local and global best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, UI/UX, or design roles, ideally within fintech, regtech, or enterprise software.
• Strong skills in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote).
• Proven ability to develop high-quality slides and visuals for executive-level engagements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify and visualize complex ideas.
• Familiarity with financial technology and government/regulatory environments is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
