Junior Analyst

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Analyst to support their data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, clean, and analyze data from internal and external sources
• Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations to support business functions
• Assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Support senior analysts and business units with ad hoc data requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Document analysis processes and findings clearly and concisely

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
