Elevator Engineer

We are hiring an Elevator Troubleshooter who will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of both the company’s own products and third-party elevators. This includes identifying spare parts, addressing technical issues across all brands, managing day-to-day maintenance administration, and ensuring timely response to breakdowns at site.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems (hardware/software) for elevators under maintenance and modernization projects.
• Identify potential hazards, safety issues, and recurring faults, ensuring preventive solutions to reduce call-outs.
• Handle breakdowns, callbacks, code maintenance, surveys, casual job orders, and modernization order completions.
• Provide specific technical and product training to maintenance staff, enhancing team capability and service quality.
• Support Service Engineering/Manager with feedback on repairs, adjustments, and technical solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication, precise on-site updates, and quality service delivery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as a service ambassador on-site.
• Drive improvements in quality, cost efficiency, revenue growth, and achievement of service targets.
• Uphold a safe working culture and enforce all necessary safety measures for personnel and equipment.
• Offer continuous support to the maintenance team and contribute to their technical development.
