We are searching for a mature Lead Flutter Developer to take charge of the Flutter development stream within our client's tender management platform.

This role involves transitioning development activities from a 3rd party vendor and leading a team of 2-3 Flutter engineers while directly collaborating with the client’s Project Manager. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development process with seniority and maturity, delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Flutter development stream for the tender management platform
• Oversee a small team of Flutter engineers, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to best practices
• Analyze and enhance the existing codebase to boost scalability and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with the client's Project Manager to align on deliverables and expectations
• Implement features and functionality with a focus on UI/UX excellence and performance
• Debug and resolve issues to maintain a highly reliable mobile application
• Ensure seamless integration with backend services via [dot]NET APIs and Azure services
• Establish and maintain high maturity in development practices, including code reviews and testing
• Stay up to date with Flutter advancements and mentor the engineering team on best practices
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including frontend, backend, and DevOps, for cohesive development
• Manage app deployment processes leveraging Azure services

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in mobile app development with Flutter
• At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
• Residence in Ukraine (remote work eligible only for candidates based in Ukraine)
• Background in app deployment using Azure services like Kubernetes, Application Gateway, Azure AD
• Knowledge of backend integration with [dot]NET and ASP[dot]NET Core
• Skills in mobile UI/UX design principles and translating designs into polished mobile applications
• Understanding of modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies, CI/CD processes, and version control (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with managing team dynamics, mentoring engineers, and reviewing code
• Competency in debugging tools and performance optimization strategies
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
