GenAI Developer

• Project Description:

We are looking for a self-driven and innovative GenAI Developer or Architect to support a strategic initiative for our client. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a senior stakeholder to explore potential applications of GenAI in software development, including building proof of concept solutions and evaluating new ideas.

• Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the client stakeholder to brainstorm, develop, and test GenAI-driven solutions

• Independently design and build proof-of-concept prototypes (e.g., MCP agent POC)

• Explore Microsoft OpenAI and Azure AI capabilities for enterprise use cases

• Document solutions and provide input on long-term feasibility and integration strategies

• Be proactive in researching new tools and methods in the GenAI space

• Mandatory Skills Description:

• Proven experience with GenAI technologies and prompt engineering

• Strong programming background in C++ or C#

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft OpenAI and Azure AI services

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and a high degree of initiative

• Strong problem-solving and rapid prototyping skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
