Integration Project Manager

Integration PM

Location - Remote. Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-end Integration: Plan, coordinate, and oversee integrations of casino providers and aggregators into the platform.
2. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main contact between internal teams (Dev, QA, Product) and external partners (providers, aggregators).
3. Project Delivery: Monitor project execution, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget compliance.
4. Technical Coordination: Work closely with technical teams to clarify requirements, manage dependencies, and support troubleshooting during integrations.
5. Launch Management: Coordinate certification, testing, and go-live processes with providers and regulators.
6. Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in integration workflows to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-market.

Requirements:

1. Relevant Experience (3+ years): Proven track record in project management with at least 2 years in iGaming, focusing on provider and aggregator integrations.
2. Seniority Level: Solid experience in leading cross-functional integration projects at senior PM level.
3. iGaming Expertise: Strong understanding of casino game providers, game aggregation platforms, and related integration processes.
4. Integration Management: Hands-on experience managing API integrations, certification processes, and launch coordination with providers and aggregators.
5. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements, compliance checks, and responsible gaming standards.
6. Agile/Lean/Kanban Methodologies: Demonstrated experience applying Agile, Lean, or Kanban methodologies for efficient delivery.
7. English Language Skills: Strong written and verbal English (B2+) for communication with international stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

1. Technical Understanding: Familiarity with backend and frontend concepts, APIs, and SDKs to effectively manage integration discussions.
2. Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in additional languages for smoother collaboration across geographies.
