Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and challenges.
- Design visually engaging, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces, particularly for complex dashboards and data visualizations.
- Develop detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to clearly communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless implementation and maintain design quality.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to drive consistency across the product.
- Serve as the user advocate throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, ideally in SaaS or B2B product environments.
- Demonstrated success in creating user-friendly and effective design solutions.
- Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, user-centered design practices, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in data visualization and designing complex dashboards is highly desirable.
- Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Prior experience working within an agile development framework.
