Program Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead and execute critical cross-functional initiatives. You will be responsible for driving program success across planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and performance measurement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly coordinate between multiple teams to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and with high impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Planning & Strategy
• Define clear goals, success metrics, and timelines for programs.
• Align cross-functional teams on strategic priorities and resource allocation.
• Execution & Delivery
• Break down complex projects into actionable plans with owners and milestones.
• Monitor execution against deadlines and proactively mitigate risks or blockers.
• Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct regular syncs, reviews, and documentation to ensure alignment and visibility.
• Performance Tracking
• Define KPIs for each program and build dashboards/reports to monitor success.
• Conduct retrospectives to continuously improve program design and execution.
• Process Optimization
• Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and drive process improvements.
• Ensure repeatability and scalability through templates, playbooks, and SOPs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably in tech/edtech/startup environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in tools like Asana, Notion, Excel, Google Sheets, Jira, or similar.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• PMP/Prince2 certification (optional but preferred).
