Your Role

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining program goals, roadmaps, and success metrics while aligning cross-functional teams across engineering, IT, operations, and business units. You will manage timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships to ensure successful program delivery in a dynamic, technology-driven environment.

In this role, you will:

• Define and manage program goals, roadmaps, and success metrics
• Align teams across engineering, IT, operations, and business units to ensure cohesive execution
• Oversee program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreams
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor relationships
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning
• Allocate resources effectively and track budget utilization
• Support Agile delivery practices and ensure program governance
• Drive partner and vendor coordination to meet program objectives
• Apply knowledge of digital twins, cloud platforms, and data systems to guide program direction

Your Profile

• 8–10 years of experience in program management or related leadership roles
• Proven expertise in program planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and digital transformation programs
• Experience with risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and resource allocation
• Familiarity with digital twins, cloud platforms, and enterprise data systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage vendor and partner relationships effectively
