🧠 What You’ll Bring:

• Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
• Solid background in AWS (serverless preferred: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.)
• Confidence working across frontend and backend in equal measure
• Fintech or wider financial services experience - understanding the domain, compliance, and user needs
• A product mindset - building with the end-user in mind, not just the code
• Pragmatism, collaboration, and a drive to ship high-quality features at pace

🛠️ How You’ll Work:

• Join a lean, autonomous engineering squad with real ownership of delivery
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and business stakeholders
• Influence architecture, tooling, and ways of working as the team grows
• Build scalable, event-driven systems powering fintech products used by thousands
• Work hybrid - just 1 day a week in Leeds

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and developing full stack features across web applications and APIs
• Leveraging AWS serverless to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions
• Building elegant, user-focused UIs in React
• Writing clean, maintainable code with an emphasis on performance and scalability
• Helping embed a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement
