My client is an established Fintech start-up who after multiple successful years are looking to make multiple hires in their engineering teams.

Company

The company operates a digital platform offering smart cash investing, built for simplicity and security. Through a single onboarding process, institutional clients can access a wide range of competitive short-term cash investments—such as government, corporate, and bank instruments—across multiple currencies and maturities (from one week to around one year) all in one centralized portal.

Founded around 2017, the platform has since seen rapid adoption: hundreds of institutional clients onboarded, issuance volumes exceeding $50 billion, and more than 600 standardized, regulated cash-investment products across seven currencies made available.

Role

As a Python engineer, you will be working directly with the CTO and Head Developer and have the opportunity to deliver projects.

The business currently has a strong roadmap of projects consisting of everything from API design / Integration, The development of a greenfield performance portal, and 3rd party integrations with new exchange partners.

Requirements

• STEM Degree (Ideally Computer Science)
• 3+ Years Industry Experience
• Very strong experience with Python
• Experience with Flask

Desirable

• Experience with Docker
• Experience with AWS / Cloud Environment

Package

• Salary - £50,000 - £60,000
• Bonus paid every 4 months – Up to 30%
• Pension Scheme
• EMI option (Equity)
