About The Role

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in UX design, preferably within a startup or agency environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and a clear user-centered design process is essential. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent software is required. Candidates should have a solid understanding of UX principles, usability testing methodologies, and e-commerce user experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are vital to articulate design decisions effectively and work seamlessly with diverse teams. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development knowledge will be advantageous. The ability to manage time effectively and work independently as a self-starter is also critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful and intuitive user experiences by understanding customer insights, business requirements, and technical constraints.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, developers, and design colleagues to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams, storyboards, and mock-ups for web and mobile applications, translating concepts into visual formats.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve user interfaces.
• Conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback, identify pain points, and iterate on designs for optimal usability.
• Stay current with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technological advancements to continuously enhance design quality.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure the technical feasibility of designs and assist in the implementation process.
