Chief Product Designer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Product Designer to join our team and take a leadership role in developing innovative and user-friendly digital products.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create designs that align with business objectives and fulfill user needs. Leveraging your expertise in UX and visual design, you will lead the effort to craft meaningful experiences for a web-based B2B financial services platform.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design user-centric solutions for financial services platforms
• Create and optimize responsive layouts that function seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes
• Take charge of the Shadcn design system, ensuring consistency across the product while contributing to its growth and evolution
• Conduct user research to gather actionable insights and incorporate findings into product designs
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma to clearly articulate design ideas and solutions

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a Product Designer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs
• Minimum of one year of experience managing and leading design or development teams
• Participation in at least 2 full-cycle projects or multiple projects covering various phases of the development lifecycle
• Advanced expertise in UX design, complemented by strong visual design capabilities
• Experience designing for web-based B2B financial services platforms
• Proficiency in crafting responsive layouts optimized for a variety of devices
• Extensive experience working with design systems, including Shadcn-based systems and improving less mature systems
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and the ability to utilize its advanced features effectively
• Comfortable working in later stages of the design process to refine and enhance existing designs
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at a B2+ level or higher
