ABOUT THE ROLE

You would be joining a small but mature team.

You will:

• Develop a deep understanding of our codebase, systems, and design decisions.

• Contribute to product discussions with deep technical expertise and low ego.

• Build holistically with a focus on product superiority over development metrics.

• Deliver high quality solutions quickly and iteratively.

• Constantly challenge yourself to achieve more.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Deep expertise in Python.

• Strong background in designing and implementing robust, scalable applications.

• Broad technology experience, including cloud platforms (especially AWS), databases,

messaging systems, automation, etc.

• Hands-on experience building agentic applications powered by large language

models (LLMs).

• Excitement for the potential of AI and an eagerness to innovate in a rapidly evolving

Field.
