Neste Marketing & Services, is one of the three Neste Corporation business units and responsible for the direct sales and marketing of a wide range of high-quality fuels including Neste MY Renewable Diesel TM in its markets in Finland and all Baltic countries. We at the Marketing & Services business unit play an important role in connecting Neste's production with the end customers: consumers, transport service providers, customers in the aviation, shipping, industrial and agricultural sectors, municipalities, heating fuel customers, and fuel distributors. We are looking for you, HR Business Partner to join our Neste Marketing and Services HR, Safety and Communications team in Espoo, Finland.

In this role, you will support your dedicated managers and teams, run the operational HR together with professional HR colleagues, and strive to take HR to the next level.

More About The Job

Your role in our team

• Support Neste teams and managers primarily in Finland. Your responsibility area also covers recruitments in Neste Estonia. Cooperate daily with these managers to coach, solve and facilitate HR related topics.
• Provide full employee life-cycle service together with specialized Employment and Recruitment hubs to our managers and employees, efficiently, and compliantly according to local laws, and HR & safety policies.
• Develop and implement local human resources policies and processes, as well as implement global ones, with respect to business requirements in co-operation with managers and HR matrix organization.
• Support the people side of business projects and initiatives.
• Support in driving organization, culture and leadership development aligned with Neste Marketing & Services’ strategy and business unit plans
  
  

You will work closely with our teams and managers as well as HR colleagues and HR hubs, both locally and in our international matrix organization.

You will report to the Vice President, HR& HSSEQ of Neste Marketing & Services.

Keys to success in this role

• Proven track record of facilitating, managing and developing people related topics in a role of business HR to enable an organization to reach its targets
• Broad and up to date knowledge and experience of HR processes and practices across the whole employee life-cycle as well as employment legislation & cooperation with employee representatives
• Passion for people excellence and professional human resource management
• Fluency in spoken and written Finnish & English
• Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset
