Senior Full-Stack Engineer - AI Tech

Location: Paris

Working: Hybrid (1-2 days)

Package: €100k-€130k + stock, healthcare

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a senior full-stack engineer, to join an AI driven technology organisation based in Paris.

This organisatio have recently gone through a series of funding rounds and are continuing their rapid traction. They are looking for great people to be part of their journey. Engineering is lean, fast-moving, and deeply technical. Teams span machine learning, native desktop applications, and platform infrastructure to deliver AI technology reliably and at scale.

You’ll work across the stack—backend, web, desktop, and mobile—and partner with Product, Design, and ML teams to ship features that make a real impact.

What you’ll do

• Build and scale features across web, mobile, and desktop
• Architect and optimize backend services and APIs
• Lead cross-functional projects from idea to production
• Mentor engineers and shape technical strategy
• Keep our stack efficient and modern

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in full-stack or software engineering
• Strong CS fundamentals
• Proficiency in backend languages (Java, Kotlin, Go, C++, Python) + modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue)
• Experience leading complex projects and mentoring others
• Strong communication in English
• Bonus: native app experience (Swift, Kotlin, Rust, C#)

Tech stack

Frontend: TypeScript, React, Tailwind, Swift, Rust, Electron

Backend: Kotlin/JVM, GraphQL, PostgreSQL

Infra/ML: Python, PyTorch, Slurm, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes

The offices are based in Paris. Remote policy: 1-2 days a week (with some flexibility). Possibility of working remotely 1-2 weeks once a year.
