We are seeking a skilled and motivated Onsite IT & Network Support Engineer to join our team for a full-time 1-year position. The engineer will provide day-to-day IT and networking support for end-users, servers, and infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide L1 & L2 desktop and end-user IT support (hardware, software, applications, and peripherals).
  • Perform server/rack hardware installation, upgrades, and replacements (HDD, RAM, NICs, etc.).
  • Deliver onsite “hands & eyes” support for Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and other network devices in coordination with remote teams.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to LAN/Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, subnetting, and Ethernet configurations.
  • Support and administer Windows Servers, Active Directory, and user accounts.
  • Assist in incident, problem, change, and release management following ITIL best practices.
  • Provide support for mobile devices (Windows, iOS, Android, Blackberry) and third-party applications.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and ticketing system updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure service delivery within SLAs.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and propose improvements to enhance IT operations.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in Desktop/System Administration and IT Support.
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching).
  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Windows Server, and basic Linux troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues quickly and effectively.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Relevant certifications preferred: CCNA, MCSA, ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+/N+.
