Senior QA Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up testing frameworks and QA processes from scratch, ensuring high quality of the game.
• Assuming responsibility for promptly testing all upcoming game releases and updates, ensuring they adhere to established quality standards prior to their launch.
• Thoroughly detecting, replicating, and documenting problems in comprehensive bug reports, offering precise information for the development team to act upon.
• Developing, updating, and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover all functional and technical requirements, across mobile platforms
• Providing valuable and high-quality input in the initial design phases, with a focus on improving the end-user experience, feature quality, and ease of testing in the game.
• Creating and fostering a culture of ongoing enhancement within the QA department, aiming for excellence and becoming the trusted QA authority within the team

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in the manual QA and testing domains.
• Exposure to the F2P mobile gaming sector.
• Clear understanding of gaming trends and user expectations, coupled with a strong passion for gaming (ideally mobile).
• Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for identifying inconsistencies and bugs.
• Familiarity with Unity programming basics
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
• English fluency

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous experience in setting up QA processes and teams from scratch.
• Familiarity with various testing tools, automation frameworks, and bug tracking systems
