🚀 Your next challenge

• Contribute to designing and launching new product features.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify optimization potential.
• Support in market and user analyses to understand customer needs and analyse customer needs and feedback to improve the customer journey in Germany and Austria.
• Define and monitor product KPIs (e.g., user numbers, satisfaction), prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with the development team to balance business and technical requirements in the backlog.
• Participate in demand management and planning to ensure product goals and effective risk management.
• Work closely with departments, especially IT and Customer Experience, to design innovative, user-friendly products.

🌟 You’re a match

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a related field
• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in a digital or employee benefits setting
• Strong background in analyzing market/customer requirements and developing product strategies
• Experience in setting and monitoring KPIs for product performance
• Strong technical understanding with problem-solving abilities for digital challenges
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Strong customer focus and ability to balance diverse stakeholder needs
• Willingness to travel, particularly within Germany and Austria
