The Role

This is a hands-on, get-things-done position where you will work closely with the company’s key directors and decision-makers to ensure smooth operations and successful delivery of projects across the business. You will be at the heart of the company, taking ownership of tasks that range from tactical day-to-day operations to high-level strategic input.

You will manage multiple projects, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and contribute ideas to improve processes, features, and overall business performance. This is a highly varied, fast-paced role that requires adaptability, creativity, and a proactive mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take full ownership of projects and deliver results in a timely and efficient manner
• Work directly with key directors and decision-makers on critical initiatives
• Build strong relationships across all teams and stakeholders in the business
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline operations
• Manage tasks from low-level operational work to high-level financial reporting
• Contribute to product discussions, new feature ideas, and innovation strategies
• Support cross-functional teams and pull together resources from different departments to achieve goals
• Interpret data and produce actionable reports to guide decision-making
• Spot operational issues before they become problems and resolve them quickly

What We’re Looking For

• 1–6 years’ experience (they are open to various levels) in operations, project management, or process improvement (experience in fintech, SaaS, or tech startups is a plus)
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work across teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
• Comfortable interpreting data and creating reports (SQL knowledge is a strong advantage but not essential)
• Ability to bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to improve processes and deliver results
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to getting things done
