Cloud Engineer

Macaw's Cloud Engineers form a close group of professionals who work together in a down-to-earth setting to realize the best Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure. We work for (international) customers and support them in building and improving the stability, availability and security of their Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Work with cutting-edge technology by setting up, monitoring, managing, and supporting Microsoft Azure Cloud-based IaaS and PaaS environments.
• Collaborate in a strong team of 30 experienced Engineers, Consultants, and Architects where knowledge sharing and innovation are at the core.
• Be the trusted partner for your customer — act as their go-to Cloud Engineer and the right hand of the Service Delivery Manager, ensuring real impact.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience as a System Engineer and/or Cloud Engineer.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Strong knowledge of AI, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, Bicep, CI/CD, Networking, Security, IAM, CAF, WAF, and ARM.
• Experience with SCOM is considered an advantage.
• Possession of Microsoft Fundamentals certifications (AZ-900, MS-900, or AZ-104), or willingness to obtain them after joining the team.

Salary Range

We recognize the value you bring, which is why we offer a competitive salary of €3500 - 4500 gross, with the final offer tailored to reflect your experience and qualifications.
