Vilnius | Full-time | from €3600 gross/month (final offer depends on experience and competencies) + performance-based bonuses.

SIRIN Development is one of the largest logistics real estate developers in the Baltics. With 15+ years of experience, we’ve delivered over 600,000 sqm of modern, energy-efficient logistics parks and currently manage more than 350,000 sqm of logistics properties across the region.

As we scale our operations, we’re looking for a Business (Investment) Analyst to join our driven and professional team.

What you’ll do:

🔹 Analyze macroeconomic and real estate market trends and identify development opportunities

🔹 Build financial models (DCF, IRR, sensitivity), business plans, and cash flow forecasts

🔹 Track competitor projects, land acquisitions, and construction progress

🔹 Assess company performance against industry leaders in the Baltics and Western Europe

🔹 Prepare presentations and insights for management

What we’re looking for:

✅ 2+ years’ experience in financial analysis, real estate project evaluation, or investment decisions

✅ Strong Excel and analytical tools skills (Power BI, etc.)

✅ Analytical and result-driven mindset

✅ Team player, able to share insights and collaborate with management

✅ Fluent in English (written & spoken)
