UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join a large-scale digital transformation program. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting seamless, user-friendly, and visually compelling applications, covering both user experience and interface design aspects.

Responsibilities

As a UX Designer:

  • Conduct user research (interviews, observations, surveys) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Create personas and map user journeys to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Define information architecture and design clear navigation systems.
  • Develop interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma.
  • Organize usability tests to validate assumptions and iterate on designs.
  • Collaborate closely with UI Designers, Business Analysts, and Developers to ensure feasibility and consistency.
  • Contribute to the Design System documentation in Storybook to ensure coherence across the application.

As a UI Designer

  • Define the visual identity of applications, including screens, icons, typography, and color palettes.
  • Produce high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma.
  • Build and maintain a Design System and UI component library in Storybook.
  • Ensure that aesthetics and ergonomics align with UX principles.
  • Provide developers with assets and clear implementation guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards (WCAG).

Profile Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a UX and/or UI Designer with a strong portfolio of web or app projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with Storybook.
  • Solid knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and front-end constraints (HTML, CSS, TypeScript).
  • Strong skills in user research, prototyping, usability testing, and graphic design fundamentals (typography, color theory, visual hierarchy).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience designing complex applications or ERP systems is a plus.
