I’m working with a sharp EV software scale-up (think: global reach, Arnhem roots) that’s engineering-led to the core. Over half the company are devs. Decisions are made by people who actually code, not by someone in a suit waving a PowerPoint.

What do they do? They build the platform that charge point operators use to actually run their EV networks — think billing, uptime, roaming, Plug & Charge, basically the invisible engine that keeps chargers across Europe, South America, Asia, and Australia online and profitable.

They’re scaling fast and will double in size next year (too much work, not enough hands), so this hire is urgent: October start preferred, November latest.

🛠 The Tech (your playground)

• .NET 8 + C#
• Azure focus (AWS/GCP creds are brownie points).
• Microservices – you’ll need solid experience here.
• SaaS / multi-tenant exposure is a nice-to-have, not a blocker.

🚀 The Role

• Build and scale new features on a platform that runs across continents.
• Squash bugs, improve performance, and get stuck into architecture.
• Pair up when it makes sense, go solo when it doesn’t.
• Shape the product with your ideas — this isn’t a “just take tickets” gig.

🎯 What they’re after

• 3+ years’ hands-on experience as a software dev.
• Strong with .NET 8, C#, Azure, and microservices.
• A proactive problem-solver who writes clean, testable code.
• Available to start soon (October ideal, November latest).

• Salary: €65,000 – €74,000 (negotiable).
