Your Role: Drive Decisions with Data

As a Data Analyst at PMI, you’ll turn complex data into actionable insights that shape business strategy. You’ll collaborate across teams to analyze trends, define KPIs (e.g., model bias/accuracy), and champion data quality, ensuring our data ecosystem is robust, compliant, and business-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Governance & Compliance: Support Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIA) and Business System Owner (BSO) approvals to uphold data integrity.
• Metadata Management: Define and document business terms in Atlan, ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Data Quality Assurance: Design and implement data quality checks in DSH, reconciling source data with historical records in DPaaS.
• Visualization & Reporting: Leverage SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to create compelling dashboards and analyses for stakeholders.

Your Profile: Analytical Mindset + Technical Expertise

We’re looking for a detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for data-driven storytelling. You thrive in collaborative environments and excel at translating technical insights into business value.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst (or similar role).
• Proficiency in SQL (complex queries, optimization) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying trends and anomalies.
• Fluent English (B2+): clear communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Collaborative spirit: Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with metadata management tools (e.g., Atlan, Collibra).
• Familiarity with Snowflake, DSH, or DPaaS (data reconciliation/quality).
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, DPIA processes).
