• Architect, implement, and maintain automated testing framework for embedded systems (python based)
• Develop and execute integration, system, and end-to-end tests for hardware and firmware components (python based)
• Develop and execute power centric test plans and non-regression campaigns
• Create and review test plans, cases, and reports to validate feature readiness
• Identify, document, and track defects and anomalies through Jira-like tools — file clear bug reports, assign priorities, link tests, and follow through to resolution
• Debug and troubleshoot firmware/hardware issues alongside hardware and firmware teams
• Integrate pytest (or equivalent) and other tools into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation
• Drive improvements in test coverage, tooling, and processes for firmware validation

• 4+ years of experience focused on testing embedded systems or firmware
• Proficiency in C and Python for test code and scripting
• Expertise with pytest or other testing frameworks
• Deep understanding of embedded hardware interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART) and real-world testing constraints
• Experience with hardware-in-the-loop testing
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and documentation abilities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to work full-time in a fast-paced startup environment
