Director – CEO & Legal Representative (Blockchain)

Anderson Wise is proud to represent a prominent international organization which is seeking an experienced and visionary professional to assume the role of Director. Acting as the Chief Executive Officer and legal representative, the Director will drive the organization's strategic, operational, and governance functions, ensuring its continued growth and operational excellence. Reporting to the governing body, the Director will oversee the implementation of decisions, manage day-to-day operations, and foster collaborations with key stakeholders.

• Build partnerships to support the adoption of blockchain technologies.

Your Responsibilities

• You will lead the European Digital Infrastructure Consortium focused on developing a unified digital infrastructure in the EU.
• You will drive the European Blockchain Services Infrastructure, leveraging blockchain technology to enhance digital autonomy and streamline administrative processes.
• Serve as the organisation’s CEO and legal representative.
• Implement decisions made by the governing body.
• Oversee governance structures, staff recruitment, and organisational management.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and establish public-private partnerships.
• Monitor technological and policy developments, ensuring adaptability.
• Manage financial oversight, including budgeting, risk assessment, and reporting.

Your Profile

• Citizen of an EU or EEA Member State.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in STEM, IT, Business Management, or related fields.
• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in organizational leadership.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing multinational projects and international collaborations.
• Strong strategic vision and ability to execute long-term plans.
• In-depth understanding of digital transformation and blockchain technologies.
• Proficiency in English; fluency in additional EU languages is an asset.
• Proven success in grant and fundraising management.
