Job Description:

• Assists in the development and execution of implementation and deployment plans.
• Provides data support and basic analysis in identifying the objectives and requirements of technology initiatives.
• Participates in defining system scope and objectives across diverse platforms, databases, software, hardware, technologies and tools.
• Follows established procedures to test and debugs new software or enhancements to existing software.
• Assists in analysis of business processes within support areas as they relate to existing or proposed systems and applications, and defines/suggests improvements where appropriate.
• Works on components of projects with guidance. Participates in customer training and provides educational support in the implementation of systems and business processes.
• Provides technical support for internal and external clients. Understands the issues around corporate compliance, and how it affects company's projects and systems.
• Maintains system documentation for the supported software portfolio.
