Role Overview

This role focuses on leading and enhancing leadership development and talent management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance in planning and executing leadership development and talent management initiatives.
• Lead the development of systems to assess and enhance leadership capabilities within the organization.
• Manage complex leadership development projects with specialized knowledge.
• Advise senior leadership on talent management strategies and succession planning.
• Ensure effective communication across the organization to foster clarity and engagement.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to inform leadership and talent management decisions.
• Mentor internal teams to effectively execute leadership development activities.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of leadership initiatives, offering insights for continuous improvement.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with large-scale leadership development and talent management efforts.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in leadership development and talent management, demonstrating significant achievements in managing large-scale initiatives.
• Recognized as an industry expert with extensive knowledge in leadership development practices.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on team development.
• Proven track record of successfully executing leadership development projects in complex organizational settings.
• Relevant certifications, such as SHRM-SCP or CIPD, are highly desirable.

Salary: 40,000 - 55,000
