We are looking for motivated students and recent graduates in Computer Science or related fields ready to take the first step in their tech career . This is an exciting opportunity to gain business exposure and collaborate closely with international teams of developers.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO:

• Are available for full-time work starting January 2026 (40h/per week) on contract of employment (UoP)
• Have very good command of Polish and very good command of English
• Are located in Kraków or willing to relocate
• Are in the final year of studies or recent graduates (IT/Computer Science or related fields)
• Have a proactive, problem solving mindset and a willingness to learn
• Enjoy working in international environments

YOUR SKILLS:

• Programming languages: Java
• Frameworks: Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate
• IDEs: Eclipse
• Databases: Microsoft SQL Server

Nice to have:

• Frontend development with Angular or React
• JavaScript, TypeScript
• REST Services, Microservices architectures
• Project management tools: Jira, Git

Following this, you may receive an offer for a full-time, open-ended Software Developer role in our Global Technology Division (starting January 2026), working on super solutions and high-impact projects in cooperation with teams across Europe, including Italy and Greece.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US:

The candidate will be involved in developing software solutions for acquiring and processing data from documents and other unstructured sources, as well as designing operational environments and tools in the Cloud.

You will work within an international team, collaborating with developers from various countries and contributing to global projects that involve the use of advanced technologies, including:

• Web Crawling, Elasticsearch, REST Services
• On-premise, hybrid, and full-cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Relational and non-relational databases
• Microservices architectures
