UX Specialist

As a recruitment agency supporting the growth of modern organizations, we are looking for a UX Specialist for our client – an international beauty company rapidly expanding its e-commerce platforms across multiple markets. This role is perfect for someone who combines technical expertise with creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage website content – update product catalogs, promotional pages, and other content as needed.
• Implement UX improvements, optimize navigation and landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
• Monitor and improve site performance – loading speed, mobile responsiveness, SEO hygiene.
• Analyze user behavior using tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and Clarity to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support the integration of personalization and AI-driven tools to improve user engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the e-commerce, marketing, UX, and content teams to ensure consistent and seamless user experiences across all touchpoints.

Ideal Candidate:

• experience as a UX/UI specialist, or in an e-commerce environment, ideally in DTC, retail, or beauty sectors.
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms.
• Proficiency with UX/UI tools and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and web performance optimization.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with a problem-solving mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages would be an advantage.
