Flutter Developer (Hybrid)

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in mobile application development on any platform.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter/Dart mobile development.
• Proficient in building pixel-perfect, robust, and accessible user interfaces.
• Strong experience with various Flutter components (basic widgets, layout widgets, etc.).
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to translate designs/wireframes into high-quality, responsive UI code.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural patterns to ensure code reusability, maintainability, and clean implementation in Flutter.
• Strong understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
• Familiar with Flutter's package management and publishing apps to both the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Deep understanding of Bloc pattern and Clean Architecture.
• Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience in writing unit, widget, and integration tests.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
• Implement responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UIs from provided designs and wireframes.
• Apply best practices in clean code, state management (Bloc), and modular architecture.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and battery efficiency.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and SDKs effectively.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure application quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate in a cross-functional team.
• Manage the deployment process for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends.
